Homer and Shakespeare

Arrival at Ithaka Recently, instead of Shakespeare, Homer has loomed large in my life. First of all, the Lyceum here in Edinburgh put on a moving performance of The Illiad, dramatised by Chris Hannan, from Homer’s original.
